Waste Time. Gain Productivity.
One simple step to waste time and be productive.

Every single workday, we struggle to spent much of our time to complete as many task as possible to be a better, productive person. We tend to follow productivity tools and methods such as GTD and Pomodoro to set our routine. But at the end of the day, we don’t achieve and sometime we even fail to do some simple task after spending long workday.
It does not mean that the tool or system we follow has problem, of course each system is designed to help increase our efficiency. The problem is with the motivation. If we don’t feel motivated, even simple tasks will look like a big rock.
But wait, what is this motivation thing? Aren’t we motivated enough to do the work we love? Yes we do, but we don’t feel it in everyday life and we don’t bring that out when we really need to. But the good news is, it isn’t difficult.
The Simple Step: Do one thing unrelated to work everyday.
Yes, you got it right. Spend portion of your time on one non-work related stuff everyday which will help you get motivated instantly.
Let it be a early morning walk, solving a Sudoku, writing a piece of content in your personal diary or anything that makes you really happy. For example, if you are a designer, spend creating one piece of design every morning. But remember, that should be strictly unrelated to your work.
If you spend time working on stuff that makes you happy from inside, that will be the trigger to motivate you instantly.
